The South African Deep-Sea Trawling Industry Association (Sadstia) on Thursday said the existing members of its executive committee (Exco) have stood down, with four new executives, who are more representative of the ownership of the deep-sea trawling industry, having been elected to take their place. The new directorate includes Sea Harvest operations director Terence Brown as the Sadstia chairperson, I&J group quality assurance manager Donovan Brickles, Viking Fishing Group of companies’ shareholder Trevor Wilson and Sea Harvest strategic services executive Madoda Khumalo, who will head up the association’s scientific committee.
