Atlas Copco’s sale of Road Construction Equipment leads to establishment of Dynapac South Africa

The Atlas Copco Group has sold its global Road Construction Equipment Division, including the Dynapac brand name, to the number one construction Group in France and world-leader in road construction equipment, Fayat Group. The Road Construction Equipment division became part of Atlas Copco‘s Construction Technique business area in 2007 and manufactures Compaction Rollers for asphalt and soil application, as well as asphalt equipment Planers and Pavers. The products are well known globally under the Dynapac trade name.
