Many African countries have experienced a surge in the volumes of medicines and healthcare products moving through their public health facilities, putting strain on existing infrastructure, and affecting supply chain efficiencies, creating a demand for creative and flexible solutions. From warehousing to clinics, surgical units to laboratories, unique solutions are required to overcome the challenges experienced by ministries of health, aid organisations and other healthcare providers, if their targets of bringing healthcare to even the remotest of areas are to be met.
